Powerful CMS was founded by Joe Matthew  and Kathy Austin in 2007. Joe has a decade of online sales, marketing, with large companies like Dell Computers and Microsoft Corporation. At Dell, Joe managed the online shopping cart database operations for www.dell.com, online transactions of upwards of $60Million daily. At Microsoft, Joe was responsible for outsourcing an entire division of Microsoft. Kathy Austin managed the IT recruitment for the Home and Entertainment Division of Microsoft, hiring 100+ professionals over a six month period. 

By leveraging best practices used by the large corporations, we setup a global team of developers with standards, guidelines, and operating framework for tremendous value for small business owners. 

On August 2nd 2009, the founders dedicated this business as a Christian Kingdom Business to operate with integrity and honesty before God and man.
