Engagement Models
We have three flexible engagement models for your specialist open source and mobile application development needs. The model to select depends on the nature of your project/development needs, specification documentation maturity and the nature of your requests.
Our Engagement Model
1. Fixed Price Model (FPM)
Choose this model when your requirements are well documented, unambiguousand not likely to evolve/change through the product release cycle. A fixed price estimate (or a range)is quoted initially and based on the agreed terms, along with a fixed hourly rate for the resources involved for accomplishment of your project. This is a very low-risk option and you can be assured of an on-time and within budget delivery. Should any change in scope arise or additional work arise in the scope of doing the work, a prior agreed upon fixed rate is charged. Any variance outside the estimate is agreed in writing before such work undertaken.

3. Hire Dedicated Model (HDM)
This model is suitable for marketing/design companies, agencies; IT consulting companies who need to augment their delivery capabilities with specialist open source or a mobile application developer(s) for a short duration. A dedicated resource(s) is assigned to your project to be a part of your development team, and renewed on a fortnightly or monthly basis.
