Joseph Matthew "SeoJoe" - Co-Founder, PowerfulCMS
As Powerful CMS’s founding Director, Joe Matthew was able to grow the company from a small basement operation to a global operation. At Powerful CMS, he oversees operations and continuously makes ensures that all customer’s interests are met at every levels of the company.
Joe has been involved in Sales & Marketing Information Technology sector for over 16 years. His extensive knowledge and experience is gained from his years of experience working for multi-nationals like Dell USA and Microsoft Corporation.
At Dell, Joe managed the online shopping cart database operations for www.dell.com, managing online transactions of upwards of $60Million daily. At Microsoft, Joe was responsible for outsourcing an entire division of Microsoft. Joe holds an MBA from the University of St Edwards, Austin, Texas.
Joe's other interests include wine, golf and time with his family.
Kathy Austin - Co-Founder, Director of Operations
Kathy Austin co-founded Powerful CMS strongly believing that the Internet would play a key role in future businesses and professionals conduct business globally. Having been inspired by the book by Thomas Friedman "The World Is Flat", she set out to co-found a business that will sustain in a world without boundaries.
As Director of Operations, Kathy is in a relentless quest of creating a business where there is "a global platform that allows more people to plug and play, collaborate and compete, share knowledge and share work". She is constantly trying to find new and interesting ways to stand out and break current boundaries within the industry. Kathy also plays a significant role in the company’s strategy, hiring and customer relations management.
Prior to Powerful CMS, Kathy was with Citibank, ANZ and Microsoft Corporation in the Human Resources Department. Kathy holds a Masters in Commerce degree. In her spare time, she reads books, watches movies and is a devoted mother.
Vani Halapeti - Management Accountant
Vani is the latest addition to our team. She advises us on all finance related matters. She comes armed with a huge wealth of knowledge, boundless energy and the ability to create the conditions for our team’s success.
A diverse history, starting from being a financial advisor to various organizations, Vani is a Chartered Accountant by profession. She has hands-on experience in financial management, financial accounting, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash and treasury management and other areas related to finance. She constantly seeks new challenges to put to use her strong interpersonal, communication, organization and analytical skills.
She helps us grow, nurture our vision and helps us maintain a code of ethics – integrity, objectivity, professional competence and care, confidentiality and professional behavior in all the matters we deal in.
Carol James - Account Manager
Carol James is the latest addition to our team. She is a true professional committed to the needs of Powerful CMS' clients. She provides a constant point of contact for clients, managing a team and is a skilled problem solver.
Carol comes with an array of skills and has experience working in two countries – Malaysia and Australia. Prior to Powerful CMS, she worked in the IT Department serving local and international clients for companies like Computer Processing Services, Tractors Malaysia Bhd., Asian Computer Services, Australian National Line and BANDC Consulting & Technology Pty.
She holds accrediations in Men's Artistic Gymnastics & Acrobatics Gymnastics as a registered Judge in Australia. In her spare time, she takes pride in creating and producing family and sports DVDs. A photographer by nature. She keeps fit by playing tennis & table tennis.
Sergei Stryukov - Chief Technology Officer
Sergei Stryukov has a substantial and proven record of accomplishment in the Information Technology industry. With over a decade of experience, Sergei has made a point of staying abreast with the latest computer and technology advances through training programs and motivated self-education.
As Chief Technology Officer, Sergei provides clear technology solutions for our clients and manages our team of developers, mentoring and guiding them. Since joining Powerful CMS, Sergei has worked successfully on a number of technological projects and he has always made customer satisfaction, team development and experience improvement his top concern.
Prior to Powerful CMS, Sergei worked as a main web developer at bNetworks.
When not working, Sergei loves to spend time with his family and play on "Magic: The Gathering" with his friends.
Alfren Enriquez - HTML Guru
Alfren Enriquez joined the company in the initial stages of its formation in 2006 and has played a major role in the growth of the company ever since. No matter how complex and challenging a task is, Alfren will get the job done well and promptly. He is a result oriented individual with vast knowledge and expertise in working with most technology environments.
Alfren is a self-learner and calmly deals with multiple projects, large workloads and high-pressure deadlines to provide consistent and dependable service.
When he is not busy, Alfren loves to play basketball, playing the guitar, watching movies and sound tripping.
Alec Sergeev - Developer & Quality Assurance
Alec is multi-talented and is involved in development as well as heads our Quality Assurance team. Being extremely fast and efficient, Alec is willing to jump in and solve problems at a hat’s drop. When working with Alec, everyone knows that their project is in safe hands. With excellent communication skills and a smile, clients know that their job will be done. Currently doing his Masters.
Alec has also contributed many articles to Universities from subjects as varied as efficiency and software quality control, re-engineering of business processes and multilevel expertise of business plans in investment projects. Prior to PowerfulCMS, Alec worked for 4 years as a web developer.
When not working, Alec likes to watch movies, read fiction and race cars
Anna S - Quality Assurance
A recent addition to the PowerfulCMS team, Anna has demonstrated that quality is everything. Being our inhouse tester, she holds our developers to very high standards of quality, and makes sure that we adhere to strict rules of compliance.
In addition to this, Anna also learnt the practical skills such as working in a team and helping keep the team to strict deadlines.
Prior to PowerfulCMS, Anna worked as a Web Tester for several years.
When not working, Anna likes to spend time with family and friends. Photography is another passion of hers. She also loves to read books and cook.
Reza K - System Administrator
Reza is a self-motivated and hard working person with technical experiences in Computer Networking and web programming. He is cheerful, honest, and a positive thinking person. He likes challenging himself to try new technologies, and won't give up easily especially when facing difficulties. He is also a dedicated developer who takes full responsibility for any given tasks.
As System Administrator and Developer, Reza is responsible for preparing the backend technology of operating systems, databases, and provides the core system environments for Drupal's development. The various experiences as system analyst in the past also help him to provide a stable, secure, and scalable system for the company.
When he is not busy, Reza loves to play football, reading books, and watching movies.

Lev has delivered many groundbreaking designs that have raised the bar for our developers who are up to any challenge. With amazing creative ability, Lev brings experience, ingenuity and knowledge to every single site design.
Lev's talents and skills combined with his dedication to customer satisfaction make him an essential part of the PowerfulCMS Design Team.
When not working, Lev loves to hang out with his friends, travel and camping.
Unni Krishnan - Designer
Unni Krishnan, fulfills the saying famous quote by G.B.Shaw, "You see things, and you say: `Why?' But I dream things that never were, and I say `Why not? '' . As part of our design team, Unni focuses on creating and making client's dreams come true in colors, graphics and animations.
From his childhood, he has been interested in drawing, painting and anything to do with art. After completing his graduation, he joined a graphic course and completed Graphic designing, Web designing and development and 3D Animation. Unni is also proficient in Flash designing.
Unni started his career in an Advertising firm, gained immense amount of experience there while continuing with his studies. Armed with the knowledge of Advertising, Unni helps businesses tap in to the technological trends of the Internet and creating unique designs that work 24x7x365 aimed at the right target market.
Huynh Cao Ky (Oliver) - Senior Developer
From taking a problem and never resting until its solved, Oliver has been there and seen it all. Oliver brings skills, expertise and a level of honesty and commitment that puts our team to the highest level. He loves challenges and likes working under high pressure.
Having completed his degree in Bachelors in Telecommunication, Oliver is responsible for development and quality control.
When not working, he loves to travel, play football, watch movies and read books.
Edmond Halley - Team Lead
Liasoning with clients and providing excellent customer service, Edmond comes with a variety of skills. He has skills creating applications such as games, multimedia applications and websites using C++, C# and Flash. Edmond holds a double Bachelor degree in Computer Science and Games technology as well a Masters of Technology (IT).
When free, Edmond likes to spend his time singing, creating movie clips, playing tennis/ table tennis, and video games.
Alexandr Petrov - Developer
Alex comes with multiple skills. He first worked for a large bank as a programmer. Alex was involved mainly in development software for ATMs. His biggest success was developing a fully functional web-based ATM monitoring system using Python and Linux/Apache based web-server. This system is still in use.
He then worked as an assistant professor at a University.
Alex holds a Master degree in Computer Science and also a Ph.D. degree in Information Technologies. He wrote a thesis titled “Models, methods and tools for distributed data warehouses optimization”. In this work a very sophisticated object-oriented model of a data warehouse was developed and several methods of artificial intelligence were used (such as genetic algorithm, neural networks, etc). Alex has also published 12 articles on this topic.
When not working Alex likes to play chess, writing science fiction and fantasy short stories, and practicing martial arts. His other interests include subjects related to methods of modeling and optimization, and artificial intelligence.
