Project Description:

The CMA was established in 1997 as the peak natural resource management body in the catchment to develop and oversee the implementation of the Regional Catchment Strategy. The Victorian Government and its Catchment Management Authorities work together to leave a clean, green legacy for future generations.

This website was developed in partnership with Collabforge to collaborate on content for Australians to learn, understand and act on environmental efficiency programs. It uses the product Policy Co, an interactive website that helps citizens get involved in natural resource management strategy planning for the Goulburn Broken Catchment.

Key features include:
  1. Library - Collection of supporting information
  2. Blog - Stories, Update and News
  3. Strategies - An online, live draft of key strategies that the citizens can give opinions on
  4. Wiki - A series of linked on-line documents that anyone can edit and discuss
  5. It also sends email updates to all registered users at key times throughout the process.
